JKT48 member, Haruka Nakagawa admitted that she’s falling in love with Indonesian Culinary. She has tried some of the Indonesian culinary in her stay in Jakarta. “I love Indonesian food,” She said cheerfully.
Together with JKT48, Haruka has visited Yogyakarta, Solo and Bandung. While visiting those cities, she admitted that she never miss a chance to taste the local culinary. Among all the foods she tasted, she chose Soto Daging, Bebek Goreng and Bakpia Pathok as her own personal favorites.
“The first time ever I ate Soto Daging is with Stella’s family. It was delicious, I mixed it together with Kecap Manis and Sambal. Fit for me who loves spicy food,” Said Haruka.
Indonesian food is known for its spices resulting in Indonesian culinary will taste spicier compared to some other western and eastern countries. Aki Takajo also admit that Indonesian culinary taste spicier. “Indonesian culinary (is) spicy!” as She told her story with local culinary.
Akicha herself said that she already loves spicy food since her time in Japan. But Indonesian culinary is way more spicier. “The Indonesian culinary spiciness is on a whole new level compared to Japan,” She said while mimicking someone who have just ate a super hot and spicy food.
At first, Akicha admitted that the food in Indonesia is way too spicy. But after months of eating the local tasting food, she already getting used to the spicy level. “At first I felt that it was too spicy so I always ordered while giving special instruction not to make it too spicy. But now I’m getting used to the spiciness level and I ended up loving it spicy,” Said Akicha.
Akicha loves Nasi Goreng, but she admit that she prefer Bakso as her personal favorite. She admitted that she once ate only Bakso for two days in a row. JKT48 members also teach her on how to adding up the flavor further. And now, just like an Indonesian, she always flavor it further by adding Kecap Manis and extra Sambal. Sometimes she added way too much Sambal that her Bakso becoming a super hot spicy red Bakso. “Spicy, but I like it!” She said while giving her thumbs up as her approval.
the other girls need to take them to ITC mangga dua, west wing, 2nd and 3rd floor..
or maybe some area around menteng..
those are jakarta food heaven (tourists usually love to visit those places)
(damn, now me hungry..)
I wonder if, after spending enough time in JKT, Akicha will be able to challenge Rena and Yui-han for Gekikara Queen title … Perhaps Gaby should sometimes bring her to taste Manado culinaries that are known for its spiciness
Personally.. if Akicha or Haruka can withstand Indonesian’s spicy food i think they can definitely win
At least they’re not gonna be their old self when they eat spicy things and got asdfasffdsgfd
*i hope they can get a taste of some ‘sambal uleg’*
Indonesia is a food heaven, indeed…
If Akicha likes spicy food, she should try Padang, Manado, and Makassar food..too bad she doesn’t like Durian “the king of fruit”
