Idol Tanjo News – JKT48 3rd Anniversary Concert Coverage

December 27th – 28th, in Tennis Indoor Senayan

JKT48 3rd debut anniversary concert with the concept “SAYA MASIH ANAK KECIL (I’m still a small girl)” was presented with all their feelings of gratitude to fans who have been supporting JKT48 for these 3 years. On both days the venue had overflowing audience, more than 5,000 fans gathered to 2 times concert and they celebrated 3rd anniversary together with all 67 members of JKT48.

The concert, performed by all members who belong to JKT48, got started with 1st song “PARTY ga Hajimaryo” by all members, and the audience was heated up right away!

Nakagawa Haruka, transferred from AKB48 and now belongs to team J, launched “Haruka Project” and she herself selected members, songs and produced the costumes. The members who joined “Haruka Project” were Sinka from team K3, Angel and Grace from trainees, totally 4 members performed 2 songs, “Kimi Dake ni Chu Chu Chu!” “Jibun Rashisa”. And in 27th’s concert it was announced that the name for this unit group would be collected from fans, then announced it was decided “4 Gulali (4 cotton candies)” in 28th’s concert.

In the latter half of the concert, solo songs such as “Yokaze no Shiwaza” by Veranda from team J, “Nakinagara Hohoende” by Rona from team K3, and “Oteage Lullaby” by Melody, JKT48 captain, were performed for the first time. They got on a trolley, that has been well-known in AKB48 concert as well, and performed these songs with going around inside venue.

Then all members sang “Arigatou” enthusiastically with all their feelings of gratitude for fans who have been supporting JKT48 for 3 years, it excited their fans.
The concert showed more than 80 songs in 2 days, was recorded and will be broadcasted in Indonesia later by Indosiar, a terrestrial television in Indonesia,
　
In encore session, messages from Indonesian celebrities and famous people, and also Takahashi Minami as AKB48 general manager to celebrate their 3rd anniversary were introduced, so fans and JKT48 members shouted with joy.
　
In these 2 days’ concert they had surprise announcements as well, JKT48 members and fans were surprised and delighted with them.

★Announcement on December 27th (Day-1)
-Nabilah from team J was decided to act in a horror movie “Wewe” (released in April, 2015), becomes the first JKT48 member as a single leading actress in a movie.
-JKT48 4th generation audition will he held (further information later)

★Announcement on December 28th (Day-2)
-Joint concert AKB48 and JKT48 will be held in February 2015 in Jakarta.

“I’m really happy to celebrate JKT48 3rd anniversary together with fans. When we debuted 3 years ago, I couldn’t imagine we would be able to be on the stage surrounded by so many fans like this. As you know, our joint concert with AKB48 in next February was just announced, so we’re going to work hard to make it nice one. I hope you will be looking forward to it!”

“I’m so happy to be able to feel a sense of unity with fans in this 3rd anniversary concert. Since the original color of JKT48 appeared more and more, it was really an enjoyable concert personally. I hope our joint concert in next February will put good spurs to both JKT48 and AKB48. I, as a member who transferred from AKB48, am very happy to welcome AKB48 members and to have a concert together in Jakarta. I’m going to work hard to show AKB48 members my growth even just a little!”

“After living in Jakarta for half year, somehow I became to fit in Jakarta now. And I’m happy to be on the stage in this big event, 3rd anniversary concert. In next February’s joint concert with AKB48, I would like to show my growth in this half year and the niceness of JKT48. I’m going to work hard as a member of JKT48, please support me!”
