  1. Thanks for such an engaging review (as always), Richard! Even though I didn’t have the privilege to watch it in person, but this is as close as one could get to experience the event I suppose. What a wide margin between teams J and K by the way. It’s like a score from a Quidditch match when a seeker has snatched the Golden Snitch lol. Forgive my potterhead reference. Wish I was there!!

    • Thanks, Hanif! Hope to see you at a JKT48 event eventually.

It was pretty clear from the get-go for me that Team J had the drive to win. Team KIII, while full in spirit, was missing a collective drive. There were members who stood out individually, but others lacked delivery. KIII could have made the comeback win, but since Melody had the closing act in Battle 8, everyone swung back toward J.

1994 Quidditch World Cup, Bulgaria vs. Ireland. Krum got the Snitch (Dena got MVP), but Ireland win (Team J)!

I vote WHITE for Opera Van JKT48 and RED for the rest. Team KIII really needs to strengthen themselves up.

My best moment would be anytime Lidya and Viny appeared on stage together. ^.^

Poor Melody for having her (ex) fans Oshihen to other members. Well, I understand Melody’s (ex) fans who felt frustrated because whenever they wanted to fantasize about Melody, Mr. B image also pop up in their fantasy together with her. Anyway, another great piece by Mr. Kilis as expected.

I don’t see how this is relevant to the article LOL.

And I don’t know what “fantasy” & “fantasize” you are talking about.

      Oh well.

I think that person is responding to the third scenario of the acting battle: “Act out the scene when a member finds out her longtime fan has a new favorite member” aka Oshihen theme. Melody was just happened to be the participant of that acting battle. Her deep acting made fans to wonder whether she was telling her own real experience (in having her fans Oshihen). You would know exactly if only you saw her acting yourself. Anyway, some 48G members (not just Melody) have experience in having their longtime fan Oshihen to other member in one way or another. As for Melody’s former fans’ one of many reasons to Oshihen is quite obvious: Mr. BA. I’m not saying that that’s their only reason to Oshihen, though.

As for the fantasy thing. It’s natural for some Idol fans to fantasize or to have fantasy about their own Oshimen. Please don’t say that Idol fans in general never fantasize about their Oshimen in one way or another. Because that is BS. Fans’ fantasy could materialize to works such as: fan fictions, fan arts, manga or other form of Doujinshi. But most of it will only stay as mere fantasy. Whether the fantasy is erotic or not, it’s not our right to judge other people’s fantasy. PERIOD.
Anyway, your username reminds me of certain Melody’s fan in international 48G forum. No wonder about the attempt to defend the girl then.

I am the same person, for your information.

I don’t really defend the girl as you’ve claimed though. I’m only pointing out the irrelevancy of bringing that “Mr. B” and “fantasize” thing here – where both of those things are not mentioned at all inside Mr. Richard’s FR. But if that is classified as defending her, then – for the record – I am defending her.

Well, I’m not there at the event so I don’t know what Melo said or how she acted. Maybe you were there so you know about it more. Maybe she did mention something about the ‘B’ guy and ‘fantasy’ thing so that it’s all relevant to be brought up here and claim that “Melody fans oshihened because when they fantasize about her there is an image of Mr. B”.

But take it your way then. I don’t really understand about it either. Just blabbering out of nowhere. Sorry if this destroys the peace around here though.

            @abaone94
I didn’t see why you should apologize; that you did it anyway earns my respect. It’s not about right or wrong, it is about being a gentleman.

Honestly, I respect those who make their presence known in the internet more than to those who don’t. They have something at risk of being attacked : a reputation that grow over time with every single presence that attributed to their name.

If some people think that it is right to attack, then it should be even more right to defend. It is always easier to damage than to construct.

Lastly and most importantly : abaone94 make a good point of relevancy; we should learn from it.

You guys don’t like fantasy? Fine, here’s a reality for you: http://s29.postimg.org/7fm9kz3ef/6310511_20140111095247.jpg

I’ve just heard that fantasizing over someone requires that someone to be available in reality. I must have violated some “Fantasizing Golden Rule” all this time…

It was such a nice event! Some fans even stated that “the show worth more than 100k” :-D

I wasn’t there at the event, but this report surely fulfilled my curiosity about how the show was going. Perhaps this is the best FR of the event I can find around. Thanks Richard!

As a side note, I guess this kind of TV Show suits them better instead of the “diary-themed” like Missions or Story. It would be cool if they could make this as a variety show every year.

i don’t understan why JOT pick Naomi as captain tim K, Lidya or Nobi more proper than her. if i allowed to formulate the winning team i will choose Lidya as captain and Della as assistant 8)
