01. What is Sundanese? According to Wikipedia:
Sundanese is the language of about 39 million people from the western third of Java or about 15% of the Indonesian population.
It appears to be most closely related to Madurese and Malay, and more distantly related to Javanese. It has several dialects, conventionally described according to the locations of the people:
Western dialect, spoken in the provinces of Banten & some parts of Lampung,
Northern dialect, spoken in Bogor & northern coastal area of West Java,
Southern or Priangan dialect, (Bandung & its surroundings),
Mid-east dialect, spoken in Majalengka & Indramayu,
Northeast dialect, spoken in Kuningan, Cirebon & Brebes (Central Java), and
Southeast dialect, spoken in Ciamis, Banjar & Cilacap (Central Java).
Priangan, which covers the largest area of Sunda (Tatar Pasundan in Sundanese), is the most widely spoken type of Sundanese language, taught in elementary till senior-high schools (equivalent to twelfth-year school grade) in West Java and Banten Province.
Or to put simply: One of 742 different languages and dialects Indonesia have. You can compare it to the many dialects of Japan.
So..yeah, we actually have some hard time translating this episode due to it 
02. The Sundanese song the girls sang on the bus is sang in the same tune as the Japanese song, Chou-Chou.
Here’s an excerpt of its lyric in Sundanese
Abdi teh ayeuna gaduh hiji boneka
Teu kinten saena sareng lucuna
Ku abdi dierokan
Erokna sae pisan
Cik mangga tingali boneka abdi.
And their Indonesian translation
Saya sekarang punya satu boneka

03. Fermented soy bean tailing is actually Oncom in Indonesian, I don’t particularly know how to translate that.
According to Wikipedia:
Oncom is one of the traditional staple foods of West Java (Sundanese) cuisine, Indonesia. There are two kinds of oncom: red oncom and black oncom. Oncom is closely related to tempeh; both are foods fermented using mold.
As for the taste…well….let us just say I prefer Tempeh rather than Oncom.

Thank you for hard work. Personally, I think this is the best episode so far. I even can’t wait this web to post the translation. Even though I watched this episode via youtube, I was very excited. This is the time to introduce Indonesia’s culture through JKT48’s existence. I am happy for knowing they are chosen to promote Indonesia via angklung and surabi. For me, more similar episode won’t hurt at all

ガイダはデラのスラビを食べて気持ち悪くなったんですね、アイスクリーム、チョコレート、ソーセージじゃちょっとネwww
お笑いと食べ物担当のはるかは勿論ですが、今回はデラが目立っていたような気がします。
やっぱり日本語字幕がないと楽しめません、解らない所が沢山あったので助かりました、またよろしくお願いします。
もう一回見直したら「出っ歯」は人形の事でしたww

Well, I’m not surprised. Saung Angklung Udjo is already welknown place to visit for tourist.
I guess the instructor could speak other language too.
