[LOVE JKT48 2013] Release and Signing Event announcement
This is the summary of two official announcement regarding the second Official Guide Book and the signing Event that following it
During the sales period from 31st May 31 to 4th June, 2013 in JKT48 Theater, each copies will receive a ticket for Sign Event. However, for the pre-sales during 31st May to 1st June, you will get a ticket to participate in the Sign Event which was held on 1st June, 2013.

First Sign Event 「LOVE JKT48 2013 the 2nd Official Guide Book」 Information:
Time of Sales:
May 31, 2013. 13:00 until finished, at JKT48 Theater Foyer
June 1, 2013. 9:50 to 16:00, at First Sign Event Venue, f(X) Sudirman 5th Floor, 「Only One Café」
This Sign Event are limited in number of tickets per time slot per member. When it has reached the specified amount at that day, then the distribution the this Sign Event tickets will be stopped. If you did not get tickets for member autographs that you want, or did not have the time to follow the handshake(?) event, we will give you a ticket of Regular Sign Event that will be held after this Sign Event for several times. Information about the day, date and time of the event as well as the detail of participating members will be announced on the official website, Facebook page, and Twitter of JKT48.
● Day, Date, Time : Saturday, June 1, 2013, 10:00 to 16:00
● Place : f(X) Sudirman 5th Floor, 「Only One Café」
● Members present : All JKT48 Member (Team J, Trainee)
– Except Aki Takajo and Diasta Priswarini who was unable to attend.
How to participate:
As described previously, by buying books 「LOVE JKT48 2013 The 2nd Official Guide Book」 within the allotted time, you will get a ticket for the First Sign Event. At the event, you get a chance to ask for an autographs from member of JKT48 on Official Guide Book, or any of the bonus, which is: Bonus Posters, Limited Theater Edition Posters, and JKT48 Special Moment Card. When making a purchase, check the schedule of members attendance at the Sign Event, then tell us the name of the member that you want to ask for his autographs.
Prepare and bring “Autograph Ticket” (Sign Event Tickets) and one of: 「LOVE JKT48 2013 The 2nd Official Guide Book」, Bonus Poster, Limited Theater Edition Poster, JKT48 Special Moment Card, as well as the purchase receipt to the Sign Event venue. When you’ve finished registering, please queue in the corresponding line of each member track.
For who was unable to attend this Event Sign
Sign Event time is held in conjunction with the individual event RIVER handshake, then the registration process will be more rigorous in the execution. Therefore, except for this Sign Event, members can not give you any autographs. However, for those who are unable to join this Sign Event, we will hold another Sign Event. That’s why if you are unable to attend the Sign Event this time, please keep your ticket carefully, so that you can participate in the next Sign Event. Subsequent sign event information will be announced on the official website, Facebook page, and Twitter of JKT48.
PLEASE NOTE
● At this First Event Sign this, only people who have “Autograph Ticket” that can participate. Tickets are only valid on the date of June 1, 2013.
● Only those who bring Sign Event ticket allowed to enter into the event venue.
● The attendance of members at the Sign Event have been determined. At the time of registration, be sure of which members you want to ask for the autographs. Please note carefully.
● The tickets for this Sign Event are limited in number per time slot per member. If the tickets that have been sold exceeds the specified limits, hereinafter will be distributed Regular Sign Event Ticket.
● The next Sign Event information will be announced via the official website, Facebook page, and Twitter account of JKT48.
● In Sign Event, members in attendance can only sign one of the following items: LOVE JKT48 2013 Official Guidebook, Special Bonus Posters, Theater Specialty Posters, Special Moment Card. Ask for autographs on the poster or any photo other than those specified, are not allowed. Except giving autographs, it is not allowed to shake hands or touch the members. Please understand.
● Please ask directly to the staff for directions to the venue.
● In order not to disturb the other mall visitors, it’s forbidden to form queue line at the venue from early morning.
● If the medical condition does not allow it, there is the possibility that the members who’re participating changed suddenly. Please understand.
● Each participant is expected to bring only one Sign Event ticket. Each person can join the sign event one time by using one ticket.
● Sign Event Tickets will not be reissued for any reason.
● Sign Event Tickets are forbidden to be exchanged or sold.
● The Accommodation to and from the location of the Sign Event of each participant are their own responsibility.
● In order not to disturb the other mall visitors, it’s banned to sit or grouping around the venue.
● This event is just to get a signature member. Anything besides it is not allowed. Please understand.
● It is prohibited take a picture, video or voice in any media and form of any such tool.
● There is no booth for giving Fan Letter/Gift to members. Giving it directly to the member is not allowed.
● To support this event, please follow the directions of staff on duty.
● In the event of an accident/riot or events beyond the control of the organizers (force majeure), there will be restrictions on the execution of this event. Please understand.
● Implementation of the event are subject to change without prior notice. Events can also abruptly canceled in respect of a member of health conditions, weather conditions, etc.. Please understand.
● Please follow these rules. If not follow the rules, you will be excluded from this event. In addition, there is the possibility of this event to be Dismissed. Please kindly understand and cooperate.
● JOT is not responsible for the loss/damage to goods carried by participants. Please take care of your belongings.

参加方法
定められた時間に公式ガイドブックを購入し、サイン会チケットを入手してください。サインをもらえるのは、公式ガイドブック、特典ポスター、劇場限定発売ポスターと特典カードです。購入に際してはサイン会参加メンバーのスケジュールを事前にご確認の上、購入時に希望するメンバー名をお申し出ください。
ご準備頂くものは、チケット、公式ガイドブック、ポスター、カードと購入時のレシートです。
登録を済ました方から順に所定の列にお並びください。
このサイン会に参加出来ない方へ
このサイン会はRIVERの握手会と同日開催につき、登録は通常以上に厳格に行います。別なサイン会の日程を設けますので、当日はこのサイン会以外でメンバーのサインは求めないでください。その時までチケットは大切に保管しておいてください。詳細は公式サイト、facebook、ツイッターで追ってお知らせします。

・サイン会に参加出来るのは、サインチケットをお持ちの方ののみです。６月１日限り有効です。
・チケットをお持ちの方以外のサイン会場への入場は出来ません。
・参加メンバーはあらかじめ決まっています。登録時に希望メンバーをお知らせください。
・チケットの枚数は時間、メンバーごとに限りがあります。予定数に達した場合は「通常サイン 会」チケットに振替えられます。
