Japanese Station – Special Interview JKT48 Sign Event

Japanese Station (JS) : What is your impression about your first signing event ?
Melody : We’re really happy for sure. Another event for signing but this time on the official guidebook.
Nabilah : Really happy
Melody : Yeah, so this is the event that the fans long awaited for. We haven’t met them for sometimes. Usually we met them at [inaudible, perhaps hi-touch or theater] but this time [inaudible again, help!]
Beby : Yeah, so we could get closer to the fans, so that we could have a small chit-chat
Sendy : And longer than we used to be.
Nabilah : And also signature [inaudible]
Sendy : And we could also gave them encouragement like “Good luck with your studies!” , [inaudible]

JS : So, how is your studies with the hefty schedule in JKT48 ?
Melody : So we have to learn time management, like when we have a schedule for practice, but we have to finish our studies first. So we went for practice after school, so we learn more about time management.

JS : Which sister group you like the most ?
Beby : Every each one of them. Well, 48 members are..
Sendy : Unique!
Beby : Yeah!
Melody : Yep, so we really like them all. AKB, SKE, NMB, HKT, all of them.

JS : Last question, what do you think about the 2nd generation ?
Sendy : Well, for me, it’s much more better with them here, a lot of new friends. So that whenever we have some event and some of us couldn’t make it (due to schedule conflict or any other reasons) we could rotate our positions better. So uh..what should I called it, unity in diversity for the events.
Nabilah : [inaudible ]
Melody : So we could diverse better whenever we have (external) events. For an example, we still in line with the theater schedule but we could also participate in external events at the same time. And we also hope that with the coming of the 2nd generation, the bigger 48 family gets, the more success we all could get.
