Ramadhan Meet and Greet Event 25th July 2013 Field Report – My Personal Delusional Experience

Hello Readers we meet again, I hope you don’t get bored by my series of field reports, today I will report about the Ramadhan Meet and Greet event on 25th July, this time it’s gonna be different from the previous FR because something happened to me during the event.

Arriving very, very late at fx, 15 minutes before break fasting time due to the bad traffic (there’s football match that took place in the Gelora Bung Karno near fx), after a quick break fasting I wandered to the front on the theater to wait for the ticket booth to be opened and went to the merchandise booth to buy the Pajama Drive DVD, then I exchanged my ticket and received a bingo number 1, after that I went to get something to eat.

When the bingo started my number was called during the 4th turn but again I managed to secure a seat at the 2nd row of the green seats, again the event started a little bit late, about 15 minutes.

Overture

Present Members : Cindy Gulla (Cigul), Ghaida Farisya, Rezky Wiranti Dhike (Dhike) ,Noella Sisterina, Thalia (Tata) and Nadhifa Karimah (Dhifa)

MC + Ramadhan Jikoshoukai
Nothing special since some of them, like Ghaida, Dhike and Noella I’ve already heard them doing it – only Cigul, Tata and Dhifa are new to me and they appear to be doing it pretty well.

Games Session 1
In this games session members are split in two teams :
Ghaida-Dhike-Dhifa -> Their team name is “Grebek Sahur” (GS)
Cigul-Noella-Tata-> Their team name is “Alhamdulilah” (A)

and there 3 stages.

Stage 1 : Members have to impersonate something
Team GS : Have to impersonate a butterfly who sipped from the flower
Ghaida is the butterfly, Dhike is the flower and Dhifa is the tree (I thought at first, she was trying to impersonate HKT48 Murashige “Aanya” Anna’s Mentaiko Style since she made exactly the same pose).

Team A : Have to impersonate a gorilla who is having a reunion with her father
They’re very, very funny especially Cigul, whose voice is so loud and Noella’s crazy attitude.

Winner : Team A

Stage 2 : Members have to impersonate other members
Team GS :
1. Dhike had to impersonate Cigul’s theatre Jikoshoukai
She did pretty well in impersonating Cigul’s style, it was really, really spot on.

2. Dhifa had to impersonate Noella’s Junjou Shugi
Kind of an awkward impersonation but funny.

Team A:
1. Noella had to impersonate Dhike laughing
At first she was struggling but then she finally do it.

2. Cigul had to impersonate Ghaida’s style when teasing the other members
Cigul was having a hard time doing this, when she gave up, Ghaida stepped up and ended up teasing Noella (and I could see Noella blushing after she did it).

Winner : Team GS

Stage 3 : Members have to give it their all performing to the song (by dancing)
Team GS : Pajama Drive
They’re pretty synced and cool.

Team A : Temodemo no Namida
Cool expression especially from Noella dan Tata.

Winner : None

Karaoke Session :

Sing Baby! Baby! Baby! Together with the audience.

Games Session 2

Again it’s to be completed by teams and includes 3 stages, this time involving Food and Drink.

Stage 1 : Having to eat crackers without use of their hands, they have to slide the crackers from their forehead into their mouth

Winner : Tata (Team A)

Stage 2 : Having to eat cake without use of hands, one member will be the one who directs the cake to other member who will eat it, but the member who directs is blindfolded

Winner :Dhike (Team GS)

Stage 3 : Having to drink water without use of hands, the plastic glasses having to brought in by using two pieces of thread

Winner : None

Game Session 3

This time involving the audience, there were three audience members chosen, including me, yep I was shocked when Noella and Tata called me to join the game session. We (me and other two audiences) had to play the Stage 1 game (cracker slider) until one of us won, unfortunately I failed to eat my crackers, so I lost but Cigul said that there would be one more session to determine the 2nd winner. Me and other guys have to dance to a dangdut song.

So putting the shame mask aside. I dance out and shake my booty off (even I do some Koisuru Fortune Cookies dance Dangdut style) and it seems that it pleased everyone. So I received the 2nd turn to choose which member that will hand me the prize and I choose Ghaida, before the prize is handed to me, she gave them a pat on the head and hug, then gave them to me.

And the event ends with a photo session and hi touch.

At hi touch Cigul, Dhifa and Tata teased me and called me Mr Governor (ex Jakarta Governor Fauzi Bowo) and Adam Suseno (husband of dangdut singer Inul Daratista) .

Some Notes:

Even though the members were loud, noisy and made lot of jokes during the event, it’s still pretty controlled and the interaction between the 1st and 2nd gen are good and they pretty much blended, good job for them.
