With love to Hatsune Miku

Zebi is a big fan of the Japan-born virtual idol Hatsune Miku. She found out about it by chance four years ago on the Internet and was instantly hooked. “An idol and music like I had never seen before. Her outfits are cute too.” Zebi smiles broadly saying that “the people around me know I love Hatsune Miku.” She even received Hatsune Miku dolls and figures from her parents and her relatives for her birthday. Among her classmates, though, few know Hatsune Miku. “I want to show everyone her charm.”

During last year’s edition of Indonesia’s biggest anime festival, AFAID, she even participated in cosplaying as Hatsune Miku. She had a ticket for the Hatsune Miku Expo held last May, but gave up because of work. “I was really frustrated, it was a real shame.” But even so, “My love for Hatsune Miku will never run out,” she says with a smile.

Hello, my name is Zebi Magnolia Fawwaz. You can call me Zebi. I am 13 years old. At the beginning, people said I am a quiet and cold person. But when I get closer to certain people, they say I am chatty, talkative and hyperactive.

Before JKT48, I was hesitant. I always wondered how on earth all JKT48 members are so beautiful. But now thanks to JKT48, I have better self-confidence.

My motivation to participate JKT48 started at 2010 when I knew AKB48. At 2011, JKT48 was born. However, I was too young at that time. Next, I watched their performance and I think they are very cool. I really want to be like them and the opportunity came to me in third generation audition.

I hope JKT48 is not only popular as a bunch of girls that able to sing and dance, but also as a representative of hardworking young girls to achieve their dream.
