Even now, she won't feel comfort if she haven't got her dose of coffee. She always try a new variation on her coffee by adding some milk or make a coffee latte and drink it 3-4 times a day. She is still not confident with her skill, so it's hard to attract the attention from fans. But her motivation and determination is to become the number 1 in JKT48. Rica watched other members performance seriously from backstage and learns from it. Since there was a sudden slight change in the formation for her 1st theater show in Jakarta, she found some difficulties in memorizing the choreography of 16 song in a week. On the show day, she collided with Shania. But they managed to recover and finished the song successfully. This shows the improvements on Rica's performance. Rica remembered the performance without encore on 7th December 2012. "<em>I was very sad and apologized to the fans who had queueing and came from out of town,</em>"she said. JKT48 is famous now, but Rica wants fans to know each JKT48 member. And for that reason, "<em>I'll fight to dance in the theater. I want to meet more people,</em>" she replied. Yeap, she is a member of JKT48, Rica. She indeed had been a barista. This sweet girl graduated with a diploma in hospitality in one of the university in Bogor. After graduating, she learned to be a barista for a year. “<em>I joined JKT48 because someone offered me about it. Well, there is no harm trying, and then it turned out that I passed the audition</em>” said the girl who is a fan of Katy Perry. Wow, if there is any JKT48 member that wants to drink coffee, they just have to call for Rica.
