The most memorable moment after she joined JKT48: The audition itself and theater debut.
Reason for auditioning: Wanted to try new experience, wanted to be independent, to make my parents proud.
Mistakes she’s made on stage: When singing “Shiroi Shirt”, I stumbled and tripped.
Changes she felt after joining JKT48: I can express myself better as well as to co-operate better.
Closest members in JKT48: Everyone.
Celebrities she wants to meet: Ayumi Hamasaki, Ooshima Yuko, Matsuura Aya, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu.

“Pikarina” the girl who can keep her own company.

“I love Japan and Ayumi Hamasaki. My dream is to sing in Japan,” said the girl whom is a big fan of Ayumi Hamasaki from Japan since her songs are so varied.

Since kindergarten she had been already exposed to manga and anime. She loves Pokemon the most. Basing herself from Pikachu , she refers to herself as “Pikarin” since she really loves Pikachu’s voice and name.

“I am a reserved girl at school, but I talk a lot outside,” said Kariin, who finds it hard to stop talking.

Kariin is very active and more often than not, immerses herself with phone games.
