Thursday, December 18th, 2013. Rain pours down in my town. I felt chill on my bone due to the temperature, yet, the netizens around Indonesia is in a very hot discussions. Some debate about personal beliefs which I saw as mundane and useless, some talks about Luna Sea concert in Indonesia, and mostly -and took the most interest out of me-, is a talk about a special encrypted message deliberately left by Stella on both her Twitter and Instagram account.
Suddenly, people that I know and me, myself, trying to decode the encoded message Stella left. Of course we are not detectives and we are only doing it for the sake of having fun. Amongst all the tweets I read, there are some interesting speculation about breaking what I would like to call “The Stella Code”
Stella left three encrypted messages, two on her Twitter and one on her Instagram :
Actually, at first I thought that wasn’t intended to be a code, but having three incident at the same time and one in Instagram where she posted a photos, it was pretty clear that she deliberately encoded her message
Here are some of the most interesting “theory” I got from Twitter :
First Code
Emang Muke Lu Cakep? Idih Norak Banget Tampang Mesum / Do you think you handsome? Eew, you tacky pervert
– Which is very unlikely what the code meant
Some theorists suggest that the encrypted message is in English, so here’s their suggestions :
Exactly, My Last Concert Is Never Been To Me
– Hmmm…no. It’s too jumbled and doesn’t make any sense, at least for me.
Every Moment Love Clashes Is Never Become That Moment
– Not really sure…
Enjoying my last concert, I’ve never bitching this much.
– Hell no
Second Code
IAD :’ IMLCBIDFI
This time, almost all the theorist agree that it is in English:
I’m almost done, it’s my last concert but I don’t forget it
– Not really sure, Stella is pretty adept in English and I think if she really meant that, it should be “I will never forget it.” There’s also another version of this theory and replacing “I’m almost Done” with “I AM DANGER”
I’m almost done, It (will be) My Last Concert Before I Depart From Indonesia
– Structure wise, okay.
I’m Almost Done, It’s My Last Concert But I’m Delighted For It
– This one is okay too
I am done. It’s my last concert because I’m done for it
– This one is oozing “Desperation”
Third Code
Seems like the theorists all agree in one definition of the encoded message:
Enjoy My Last Concert And Last Performance
– Well, got no further idea for this, perhaps the theorists already broke the code with that
Emang Muke Lu Cakep? Idih Norak Banget Tampang Mesum /
Exactly, My Last Concert Is Never Been To Me
Every Moment Love Clashes Is Never Become That Moment(失恋は思わぬときにやって来る)
Enjoying my last concert, I’ve never bitching this much(私の最後のコンサートを楽しみにすることなんて、大したことじゃ全然ないし)
IAD :’ IMLCBIDFI
I’m almost done, it’s my last concert but I don’t forget it
I’m almost done, It (will be) My Last Concert Before I Depart From Indonesia
I am done. It’s my last concert because I’m done for it (やらかしちゃったよ。
Enjoy My Last Concert And Last Performance(私の最後のコンサートとパフォーマンスを楽しんでね)
how creative haha
you deserve a cookie , hahaha
you look trying so hard, dude ! hahahah (y) creative .. :)))
Can we ask Anonymous to break the code?
Otsukaresama, Tokyo Pop!
Great job!
I really enjoyed Angga’s article and your translation, it’s fun.
OKay, this is my theory.
EMLCINBTM
Enjoying My Last Concert, It’s Nothing But a Treasure of Mine!
EMLCINBTM
Enjoying My Last Concert, It’s Nothing But a Treasure of Mine! <-- GREAT ONE!!!!
The only way to broke the code is ask to stella what does her tweet mean
“Enjoying My Last Concert, It’s Nothing But a Treasure of Mine!”
Great! you are a poetic-type wota,Japarta san!
