-2. As for Sambal, please refer to this Wikipedia entry. The sambal sauce the girls gave for souvenir is a modernized seedless type that is not too spicy compared to the more traditional one as depicted in the Wikipedia entry.
-3. Papaya Suzuki is a choreographer who creates many dances for 48G. KFC dance is also created by him.
-4. Mashisuka(*) Kereta Api. Ready, Go! –> Perhaps the MC remembered “Majisuka” and thus, misspelled it as Mashishuka.

About “bang/abang” calling, it’ll be like you’re calling some stranger usually “abang” is the most common call you’d think of, right? Maybe refering to this, “abang” image is quite fit to ojii-san. It’s just my thought actually.
