A Boost In Creativity
It is no longer a secret that local 48 fans currently is being used as a tool of mockery by local figures which claimed themselves as comedian to well…induce hilarity. Some of them are very good at it with witty and creative-way of mocking, such as one picture that showed a mistake the girls did on stage and one caricature that depict the fans made by someone named Indra I believe.
While some of them…not that good with repeated materials and ended up as a douche saint of savior with jokes (or statement?) as common as Bill Clinton’s DNA in Arkansas. Kinda make me sad though to know that some of Indonesian great young potential comedians still trying to knock coconut on trees to say their hello to the visitors.
But that being said, I believe one day we will have someone as witty as Stephen Colbert that could express his creativity and jokes through uhm..trolling satire. Cross your fingers.
But I’m not here to talk about the local Indonesian comedian fandom and their search for creative materials. I’m here to talk about the local Indonesian fans creativity boost with a few of the best cover I’ve seen from a fandom.
Their creativity went through the barrier of genres. These young people shows that they have what it takes to love something without being burdened by popularity, general public opinions nor to become a saint. What they want is to express themselves through music and moving pictures.
Here are some of the covers that I hold in high regard.
River – ViendaBilly
Oak Theory – Shiroi Shirt
Saka – Hissatsu Teleport
Rookie Boom – Hikouki Gumo
Voice in the Sky – Tenshi no Shippo
Juwita – Baby! Baby! Baby!
Ardirifqi – Tsundere!
You have any other examples of creativity by fans? Please don’t hesitate to put it on the comment form below!

well….it seems you”ve managed to understand half of the messafe that angga try to convey, but missed the other half.
if you look at it, angga actully gave two case of people that are trying to use other people’s fame (in this case, jkt48) for their own benefits. both are trying to use it by expressing their creativity, but the difference between them lies in the emotion they show. the first one are mostly negative feeling, whule from the last one its their love to this group.
I’ll let you decide by yourself which one is the better for world peace
ya elah bro serius amat sih kakaknya
komen samberan gituh aja dibales
dibilangin gw sirik
I guess it’s better if you don’t comment at all. You are not trying to use English at the first place,, and I guess I have a big problem with your attitude.
If you replied, then this will be the last you heard of me.
On the topic, I don’t see how this people used JKT48’s popularity to boost themselves. In fact, they will only considered as a fan act if they kept doing this things, while you need a more independent music to boost yourself in a music industry.
That said, I don’t really care if they only used JKT48’s popularity. Things like this are always mutual (although indirectly), but from you’ve said, I don’t think you would give a damn either
You forgot to include Rangga Panendra. Check his awesome medley rendition of 17 JKT’s songs here
Very well done! Most impressive! They have done it like a pro. I used to think that most of JKT48 fans are perverted zombies. Looks like I was wrong. For that I apologize. They’re good and JKT48 must be proud of them.
I like this one. a song from melody fans,,,
