Akicha River Handshake Cancelled
JKT48 Officials have just announced via their Facebook page that Akicha’s handshake slot for the Individual River Handshake will be cancelled.
Due to a schedule that does not allow, Aki Takajo can not follow Handshake Individual Event “RIVER Version Theatre” on June 1, 2013.
Further notice regarding refund and replacement member for the handshake will be announced on the Official Website JKT48.

My personal take on this :
Well..her slot is a total sold out in here which can tell about how much she loved here as a part of the invisible ties to JKT48, to her family. I really can’t tell about her sisters feeling right now nor the fans feeling.
If Akicha has to stays there, I hope it will not be in vain. Grab that sousenkyo position and promote JKT48 as best as you could, JKT48 as a part of the 48G and not a seclusion nor Alcatraz nor a parody group.
But please allow me to say one selfish thing for now in Bahasa.

Poor Akicha fans. I feel really bad for them, and for her too. It’s pretty clear (to me anyway) that AKB management really doesn’t want to lose her to JKT, so they keep pulling her back for events and things, and now the double membership…I’m not at all surprised she has to miss this. To be honest I’ve always felt that Akicha hasn’t been as involved in JKT as Haruka; it’s not her fault at all, but this kind of thing will only make it worse. Poor girl =(
Yeah, I feel really sorry for both Akicha and her fans. I hope one day; even just for a temporary stay time, the Indonesian fans all could say “Okaerinasai” to her here in Jakarta.

LOL. What does AKS have anything to do with that??!! It’s unlikely that AKS doesn’t want to lose her to JKT. AKS still has many members to replace Akicha. Your line should be directed toward Watanabe Pro (Akicha’s management). Watanabe Pro (and, of course, Akicha herself) don’t want Akicha to lose out on this year Senbatsu Sousenkyo. So she needs to get exposed to Japanese public as much as possible in both AKB48 and her solo activities in Japan.
On the one hand, I want Akicha to win a Senbatsu spot in this year Senbatsu Sousenkyo for her own personal career sake, but on the other hand, if she did win it, then that means much less time in her JKT48 activity and much more time in her AKB48 activity. With her rare JKT48 activity, she will only be known as JKT48 ambassador in Japan.

Everyone entitled to their own opinions and so does Indigo’s and yours. As we all here just mere fans, we will still speculate on this matters either it be you, Indigo or me. No one knows the truth unless you are part of the officials

I agree with you Shiba san, AKB management will never send Akicha to JKT if they really doesn’t want to lose Akicha. We also can’t blame watanabe pro (Akicha agency) because they just doing their job/responsibility to make Akicha career success. To all fans in Indonesia we have to support Akicha even if that mean we can’t meet or talk to her at theater because a true fans will always support his/her idol dream.

I want Akicha to be involved in JKT48 activity as much as Haruka is too but I somehow believe that her main desire as part of JKT48 is “merely” to be JKT48 ambassador in Japan. Focusing in AKB48 activity and her own solo job in Japan is the crucial way to maintain her future career in Japanese Showbiz.

JOT didn’t have any say in this matter. They just followed AKS decision.
AKS made the decision to put Akicha, Sae-chan and Mariyannu back in AKB48 (by means of concurrent position) BASED ON the agreement AKS had with the girls’ respective management agencies in Japan. Their many fans in Indonesia and China does not translate to their guaranteed success in winning a spot in Senbatsu Sousenkyo.
We all realize that ONLY Sayonara Crawl single (and not JKT48 Hebirote album or RIVER single) can win Akicha a spot. Akicha’s hope lies in her shrinking fan base and general JKT48 fans in Japan.
I was referring AKS, knowing that JOT will have zero to nothing to say about this.
Granted that these are business manouvres to regain ground back in Japan, but what I am seeing is the social impact and sentiment build ups on her “new” Indonesian fan.
Business is business, including the business of managing people’s expectation (including what perceived to be a “less” important market, Indonesia).
Not a wrong business move, maybe, but insensitive.
To AKB management: Can’t you just re-arrange those schedule in Japan on 1 June? Because her HS ticket already sold out here..
We want Akicha back
Kyoraku, a gambling machine maker and the practical owner of AKB is gonig to have the event on May28th, it’s a release of their new machine featruing AKB48, and Akicha is part of it. it’s just like Team Surprise project. Some following promo action will be added after the event.
The schedule of the event seemed to be finalised 5-10 days ago. As I said, Kyokuraku is the owner, no one can be aginst.
Soon after the event, the rehearsal of Nissan Staduim show starts….. That is the schedule issue JOT is tlking about.

Akicha suddenly left Jakarta right before the release of Heavy Rotaion Album and missed MegaCon. During the week+a few day, she flew back to Jakrata just for Gon’s birthday and got back to Japan again
During the period, Akicha was shooting vidoes for the Kyoraku machine. Akicha was the substitute for Minegishi Minami-(that scandal), though….
She is always pushed around as the AKB management wants, meanwhile she doesn’t get much support by them,

it’s preliminary results and still not final. if i’m not mistaking they will close the voting time at 7th june and announce the result at 8th june. so everything still can happen until the last day. every fans have their own way to support their own idol. some fans will give their vote in last day. takamina always been in top 7 (kami7)
So, what can we do to support Akicha?

i will not shocked if after Nissan concert Akicha will be leaving JKT soon and comeback to AKB, heh truly poor akicha.
I understand Indonesian fans can be really frustrated by this piece of news. But please remember, the members are not the one to decide her schedule, and they should NEVER be the one to be blamed. The management has already done a lot of terrible decisions on Akicha, and what she can rely on are her fans. PLEASE don’t leave her at this critical moment. Akicha never wants her fans to worry, and she doesn’t talk about wanting to get back to Senbatsu often, but we all know that.
I really hope all of you can spare a little money from your daily life and vote for Akicha. I totally understand that we have different financial abilities, but we can make something happen if we accumulate our power. this just my opinion maybe JOT want to give 2 choice “replacement member” and “refund”. if you choose “replacement member” you will get HS ticket with other member that you choose beside akicha and JOT will replace Akicha HS session with other member. other choice is “refund” you will get your money back.
The statement in Japanese is still saying, “Reschedule”, not refund or replacement, even after I sent the massage to several contacts like her management office.
I’m afraid
1) Akicha herself still believes that her HS will be rescheduled after Sosenkyo.
2) There is something weird going on behind the scene.
I really don’t like the idea about rescheduled Akicha HS after Sousenkyo. I hope that nightmare will not gonna happen again but Imagine if Akicha fail to be senbatsu member. Then what you gonna say to Akicha in her HS? Are you going to cry together with her or pretend to smile like nothing happen. Do you still have courage to meet her after you fail to make her became senbatsu member. That gonna be sad event for Akicha and her fans. I think Akicha will get more support from fans if she do HS before sousenkyo.
I can read Japanese text saying that Akicha will hold a hand shake event on another day.
