Melody : We learn a lot of things in JKT48. We could learn how to dance and sing.

Text on Screen : After a year being a part of JKT48?

Melody : What else..um..a lot of things. Like how I able to get closer to the other members, getting new friends, a lot of experiences. There’s a lot of stories in here.

Shania : How do I feel…uh..time flows so fast! It was like yesterday we did the audition, they called the numbers one by one. Nervous like wondering if my number got called or not and that’s the starting point of our relationship. Once just an auditioning friends, they are now my family. JKT48 is like a close part of my life now. Just a couple of days without the girls and I already feel lonely. The same thing about performing and our fans. A couple of days without performing and I already missed the atmosphere and the fans.

Shania : The main point is, I’m happy, really happy. I hope JKT48, we, could be together forever and ever with more success in the future, to becoming more united and having as less as trouble we could have.

Beby : I’m so happy that we could still be together for one year. It feels like magic; we didn’t know each others at first but through days of practicing, we becoming closer and closer and now it feels like family where we could see each other almost every day.

Stella : Already more than a year. I’m happy. In here, we could learn many things. Like me who doesn’t even know how to dance at first. There’s a lot of ups and downs here and it wasn’t easy like people would think of. We need to work very hard here. There’s a lot of stories we’ve been through; be it happiness or sadness.

Gaby : We learning here, this is our school. Our aim is to be better in here, be it in dancing, singing or how to handle the audiences with confidence. And our team unity, we know each others very well. That’s the one I loved most.

Cindy : My feeling after a year in JKT48 is sprinkling with happiness. Feels like yesterday and I already in here for more than a year. I’m happy that I could get so many experiences in JKT48, like dancing for an example where I could learn even a full set-list compared to none before. And also learning about time management and discipline, you know how disciplined the Japanese are. I also learning a lot about singing. I also learn a lot about how to MC in theater.
Cindy : I once never thought that I could do MC but as appearances after appearances on theater, I know the bits of MC and creating the atmosphere needed for it. Like at the New Year show where I lead the Red Team and do the MC. I learn and learn how to create the perfect atmosphere for it. So all in all, I feel blessed to be able to join JKT48.

Rica : I feel a lot of changes in me. I still remember how bad I am at dancing even the Senseis got mad at me on our first set-list preparation. But after all the efforts, the results makes me proud of the team. I also know how the dance blocking works now. We also able to gain more fans. The schedule is more hectic now with on-air and off-air shows and that makes me happy since that could make us even known more to the general public which one day I hope that the general public could see us not just from the outside but also the inside of us.

Jeje : Umm..happy and…what is it again…Proud, very proud since the general public could accepted JKT48. I mean, it was first a little portion of people that knows us and now almost all the general public knows, so yeah, I’m really happy that JKT48 could reach where its stands right now.

Kinal : Well, it was all started with an email and then I got the call for the audition and now here I am. JKT48 journey is still small, I mean I’m still curious about what future JKT48 will brings us.

Delima : There’s a lot of impressions left in me about JKT48. I didn’t know who these girls are at first and now after a year, they all are my family. Back then we only have “Heavy Rotation” as our song. But now, we have the whole set-list to perform. And I love the Meet and Greet session. All in all I’m happy to see the fans happy.

Sonia : Something that left this deep impression in me is when the first time we have our own permanent theater here! and there’s a lot of fans coming in here. I’m very happy!

Sendy : This past year in JKT48 left me with ups and downs moments. There’s sadness and there’s also happiness. A lot of and various obstacles we have to get through, but I want you to know that I’m very happy in here. When I’m at home, one thing that I could think of and want is to come here to the theater..always

Sonya : I’m very happy and I thank God that I could become a part of JKT48. To be able to go past a year really makes me happy. We are one big family. 4 or 5 days without the girls feels like a month to me. Practicing together, supporting each other. I just want to say, I’m very very happy.

Dhike : I’m happy, proud that I’m still a part of JKT48 from the very beginning. And that is always something that I’m proud of. I get a lot of experiences and I also able to make friends with so many people.

Diasta : I’m happy and we could gain much more confidences after various performances. If we talk about our skills then yes, we have developed from what we used to be. But I think the one that left the most impression in me is the relationship between the members, we are very close now. I was an anti-social and it was hard for me to socialize but thanks to JKT48 and its activities, I was able to communicate with others and I was able to gain much friends not only from Indonesia but also from AKB48 in Japan. And that..is my treasure.

Dhike : The changes…Well..people once told me that I looked like a girl from the countryside and now those people said that I changed a lot. Like haircut..I once preferred old school hair style.

Nabilah : My feeling is full of happiness since we could still be together after a year in JKT48 – my family. We think of each others as sisters, we could understand each other very well. Like when someone is in trouble, the girls shows that they care and started to ask what happened and that makes me very happy. And also one thing that makes me happy is our fights together with the fans for JKT48.

Text on Screen : Your experience that left the most impression in you?

Jeje : The togetherness, the way we understand each others. Like when one of us succumbed to the hospital bed, all of us will started to give our support for our loved one that lay weak on the hospital bed. And when one of us finds trouble in dancing, we help her all we can.

Frieska : For me, it is all about the entertainment aspect we’ve been going through. Just like TV shooting which is the very first time for me since I wasn’t someone who used to the showbiz world. So..yeah, I’m happy since I could get this rare experience and I obviously will tell all about it to people in the future especially to my children.

Rena : JKT48 1st Anniversary. When all of us, team J and the second generation is altogether in one big stage. And of course, when there’s an announcement for Team J.

Kinal : When our 1st Anniversary show, there was an announcement about Team J. It was something that we really waiting for a very long time since up until that moment, we are still Kenkyuusei (Trainee). And when they announced it, all of us got in, Thanks God! and after that I was chosen as the Captain. I feel so blessed and thank you both members and staff for giving me the trust and this is a responsibility I will have to uphold. I’m still in the learning phase right now and I hope one day I could become a good Captain.

Kinal [on the snippet] : I promise and I hope that started from today, I could become a good Captain that could fulfill the members wishes and could become the lighthouse for them

Ayana : JKT48 in one year is *laugh* is making me happy since there’s Team J and Gen 2

Sonia : The kinship! We always together in either ups or downs. We always share our stories with each other.

Ghaida : The one that left the most impression in me…when we performing in Tokyo Dome. Fuuhaa JAPAN! It’s really hard to get a permit to performing in Tokyo Dome but we got the chance since we are a part of the 48 family. As far as I know, there’s still none of Indonesian act that able to perform in Tokyo Dome. JKT48 is the first.

Stella : When we able to perform in Tokyo Dome. It was an AKB48 concert in one of the biggest hall in Japan and people around the world knows it. Not every act could performing there and we got the honor to performed there even in our a year old age.
Stella : And in there too, the announcement of two AKB48 members transfer, Aki Takajo-san and Haruka Nakagawa-san to JKT48. I was so surprised at that time since never ever crossed my mind that they will be joining JKT48. They are also our seniors so we could learn a lot from them from every aspects like dancing and their experiences.
Stella : So all in all, I’m proud and I hope we could achieve even more in the future.

Akicha : Since we were a part of AKB48, we have learned a lot of things in Japan. And that means that there’s a lot of things we could share to JKT48 members, we are very happy when the members started to ask us with questions. We will try to give the best answers as possible. I want team J and JKT48 to become even more better in the future. To be able to come here as a JKT48 member is really different compared to going overseas for study in general since in here I could find friends with the same dream as me. When we stand on the same stage, we could understand each other very well even if we talk in different language and that makes us could work hard together.
Akicha : I’m very happy that I could get the debut in JKT48 theater. For me theater is the serene and tranquil place. I will work hard to make JKT48 theater a very well known place by much more people. Please give me your support!

Haruka : What I want to achieve in the future is to make JKT48 a very well known presence in Indonesia. I also hope that in the future, JKT48 could spread its wings to a worldwide level just like AKB48. I hope that one day, every single person in Japan will know what is JKT48 and I will work very hard and try my best to make that came true. Even though based on age alone I’m one of the seniors in here, there’s a lot of things that I still couldn’t do on my own. And that’s the very reason why I hope that I could shoulder the responsibility together with JKT48 members and to keep of fighting for the future with smile.
Haruka : Currently, the total members for both Team J and Trainee is around 50. So that’s why I want to be able to help them even for the smallest things like dancing and private matters. Even though we came from different country, but the happiness when we stand on that stage is the same. That’s the feeling I felt when I stand on that stage at that time.

Gaby : When we able to won the award. The Yahoo OMG! Award. That is our first award through us and the fans efforts.

Ve : For me it was when one of us feeling down and blue. One of the example is well..not all of us have the dancing basic and foundation and suddenly we got this new set-list but we only have less than a month of preparation. We tried our best but the Senseis told us that we’re still not good enough, still far from satisfaction. We’ve tried all we can and thankfully at the Shonichi -first day- of RKJ, everything went smoothly and we got a good review. That is the moment when we felt despair at first but thankfully our efforts is not ending in vain. That’s the moment that I loved the most, about how the girls keep on supporting each others in a moment of despair. Like how when I felt down and blue, my friends here is always there for me and vice versa.

Nabilah : A lot of memories here with JKT48 and the fans that I will never ever forget.

Rica : The moment that left the deepest impression for me is when we able to meet with the fans. Our kinship with the fans is there, we are very close, we grow together with them. And of course, Theater. We have a lot of fun in the theater with both the fans and members. We even sometimes trolling each other. I will never forget that.

Beby : When we practicing for the set-list. We are helping each others.

Melody : Here in JKT48, is the place where we reach for our dreams. So JKT48 is the place for me to try to reach my dreams.
