One of the shocking announcements on Tokyo Dome Concert is the shuffling members from a group to another group even crossing the country. JKT48 have caught themselves as the sister group that will have huge exposure in the future by the arrival of Nakagawa Haruka (Harugon) and Takajo Aki (Akicha) in JKT48.
We never expect it before, we never predict that the capable and qualified members from our sister group will join us. It’s not clearly stated yet what is the status of the Japanese duo whether they are the part of studying-abroad members or just a transferred members, but by the coming of them, more or less will have an effect on JKT48 itself.

Harugon and Akicha are both experienced ones, we can happily call them as the qualified idols. They had many experiences that nobody in JKT48 could compare. Their true idol presence is the most anticipated thing by the Shonichi of the new setlist this month.
They are well experienced and even Akicha is one of the top notch by participating as senbatsu members in some AKB48 singles. Akicha is the fastest member in AKB48 which to be promoted from kenkyuusei to regular members. You will happy to know that she is the original center from the most famous undergirls’s song in history so far, Kimi no koto ga suki dakara.
Nakagawa Haruka or famous by the name of Harugon, she is AKB48 third generation and maybe the most familiar for us. The energetic and smiley one, we never forget her smile on huge ad banner and her love letter signature. The original member from Pajama Drive and unquestionably is the loli referred one by being the part of Watarirouka Hashiritai.
There will be always debates from all perspectives why must be Akicha and Harugon whose getting transferred. You will ask more when you already know Miyazawa Sae getting transferred too, even to the youngest group in 48 family.
We can simply say that Akicha and Harugon (Akiharu) will instantly raise JKT48 popularity, especially the exposure from overseas fans. AkiHaru’s fans will keep updating about their idol activity including JKT48 as well. They will eager visit their idols here and helping JKT48 to gain every attention from the fans, a good purpose then.
Speaking from idol’s side, it’s like a resurrection for AkiHaru’s career by joining JKT48. They had good marks in terms of popularity in AKB before, but kinda having a small and almost unnoticeable down-slide recently. JKT48 will be their new places and their new checkpoint to get back their paces even though they must lose everything before like sub-unit and etc, but it’s the new era of AKB and it should be just fine for them.
Akicha and Harugon will likely make their debut on theater this month exactly on 26th December just like the schedule told. They already introduced by appearing on some TV music show before and get some good appraisal that their only presence makes things different which it’s really good for them.
The most important thing of all is they will be a real example for their junior what it takes to be an idol, tutoring them that it takes a lot of courage to reach their dreams and respect all the 48 values and improve their quality and skills. We can make a conclusion that we expect JKT48 in a better shape and quality in the future.

Poor Akicha and Harusan, back in Japan, they were great actrees and idol. Here, in some random country (read: Indonesia) they’re nothing. Even less popular than some stupid Korean-copycat boy/girlband. And to make things worst, in a local TV show, because of their incompetence in foreign language, (say….English, I did’nt expect too much about their Bahasa, at least,…not yet), Akicha and Harusan only became “silent victim” for Olga’s -not so funny-jokes. Pathetic? Definitely. I wish they kept stick together with AKB48 in Japan. Yeah,….that’d be better. No more iniquity.
Rather to say it’s a mistake for them to go to JKT48 , i think it’s a new challenge for them . we already know that akb48 is likea cruel place for them who have a stagnant career and not to be graduated and move to JKT48 is a way for them to prove that they are still maintain themselves as an idol. and for the local tv show , we dont have any qualified tv show to provide the idol group one since these things are actually new in Indonesia, i’m a bit annoyed when they performed and got arround so near by the fans. well there will always be pro and cons in any 48 family decisions.
Those two girls are professional, experienced “idols”. Coming to Jakarta is not an adolescent fantasy,they are full grown adults and know sweet and sour of a show business.
Of course it is not easy to produce some impressive results quickly in a foreign country, but living in a foreign country will provide the girls with many culture shocks, in a positive sense, and I think it will enrich them to grow as happy persons.
In other countries, people look down at you if you don’t speak their language? Yes,as long as two girls live in Indonesia, they have to learn more and make an effort to improve their “Bahasa” And I believe that they will handle it well.
Maybe,it is a greater challenge than either of them expected and must take a lot of shifts in thought and custom, but they chose to come to Indonesia… to cross cultures. I support two girls to musical success in JKT48.
Nevertheless, the presence of these two ‘older sister’ will definitely make JKT48 much better in the future. They are a great example for JKT girls.
